1. (a) There are some internet providers that limit your internet downloads, or how many websites and videos you watch in a month, and others provide you with specific speeds. The more you pay the more you have a faster internet experience. This definitely limit s the amount of things that you can do on the net. A broadband connection is different than a dial-up connection different from a wifi connection. The speed changes the experience you have on the net, and the type of computer you have serves a great deal to.

• RELIABILITY: The speed of the internet is too slow because so many computers are accessing the internet from the same place
• PEOPLE AND MACHINES: The interaction between the students and the computers to do their class work print off email, send and receive, etc.

• People and machines: The interaction between the doctor and his patients throught the net, or emails between doctors and other doctors to find a cure for a special disease, etc
